Sugarfree confectionary candy coating. It is easy to melt and requires no tempering. If a thinner coating is desired, paramount crystals may be added.
Ingredients: Malitol, Fractionated partially hydrogenated palm kernel and palm oil, Sodium Caseinate (Milk), milk fat, Glyceral Lacto Esters of Fatty Acids with Citric Acid, soy lecithin (an emulsifier), natural flavors, and Sucralose.
Excess consumption may have a laxative effect.
Note: We will ship chocolate year-round, however, chocolate may melt in shipping if ordering during warmer temperatures. If it melts during shipping, it can be remelted.
