Easy Mini Cheese Cakes

 

Items needed:

  • 1 package of our cream cheese cake and pastry filling
  • 2 Eggs
  • 1 box of mini vanilla wafers
  • Sprinkles, sugar pieces or any other miniature decorations
  • LorAnn flavor oil of choice (OPTIONAL)
  • Mini muffin pan
  • Mini muffin liners

 

Makes approximately 32 mini cheese cakes

 

Preheat oven to 350 degrees

 

Add 2 eggs to one package of our cream cheese filling and beat with a whisk. You can also mix in a few drops of any LorAnn flavor oils (we used pumpkin). Using a mini muffin pan lined with mini muffin liners, place one mini vanilla wafer inside each cavity. Spoon cream cheese mixture into a pastry bag and squeeze mixture until mini muffin cup is ¾ of the way full. Bake at 350 for 20 minutes until tops start to form slight cracks. Remove from oven and transfer to a cooling rack. Decorate as desired.

 

* Graham cracker crumbs mixed with melted butter can also be used as the base rather then a vanilla wafer. Just press the mixture into the bottom of the muffin cup.
