Delicious coconut candy filling that can be used as a filling in chocolate molds or rolled and dipped into cream Merckens chocolate melts.
Directions
In a sauce pan, over medium-low heat, bring corn syrup to a boil.
Remove corn syrup from heat and add desiccated coconut. Stir until coated and combined.
Let cool completely. Use as a candy filling in chocolate molds or roll into balls and dip.
