Stabilized Whipped Cream

Stabilized Whipped Cream
  • One Pint whipping cream
  • ½- ¾ cup confectioner’s sugar
  • 1 Teaspoon Instant ClearJel
  • 1 Teaspoon vanilla

Whip the cream until soft peaks form.

In separate bowl whisk together the confectioners' sugar and Instant ClearJel.

The ClearJel must be mixed in the confectioner’s sugar before adding or it will lump up.

Add to the whipped cream and beat until the cream is stiff, add vanilla and stir.
