    What temperature do I set my oven and how long will it take to bake with this cake pan?

    Set your oven at 350 degrees and bake your cake for approximately 30-35 minutes or until a cake tester comes out clean.

    How much cake batter will I need?

    This pan will use 2 ½ cups of batter.

    How do I make a double layer cake?

    You will need to bake two 7x2 cakes and layer them together. Both 7x2 cakes can be torted in half to make a total of 4 layers if preferred.

    Starting with the bottom layer create a barrier of icing around the edge all the way around the cake. Spread your desired filling inside of this barrier. Place your second layer on top to sandwich the filling between.

    How much icing will I need for a 7 inch round double layer cake?

    It will take approximately 3 ½ cups of icing to ice and decorate

    How many people will a 7 inch round double layer cake feed?
