This filling is smooth and creamy. If you don’t have time to mold cups, you can roll the filling into balls for easy Peanut Butter Balls and dip in Merckens Coco Lite (Milk Chocolate).

• 1 Cup Creamy Peanut Butter, you can substitute Crunchy Peanut Butter
• 3 Tablespoons Butter, melted
• 2 Cups Fondant Sugar

1. Combine all ingredients and blend until smooth. Mold or roll into balls.
