Ready to use firm center. Roll into balls and dip in chocolate or push into a chocolate-lined mold. The fondant can be flavored and colored by kneading small amounts in at a time. Concentrated flavorings and colorings will work the best. Also, this is great to use when making chocolate covered cherries. For consistent balls, scoop out with scoop and roll into balls. Add dry fondant if a bit too soft for rolling. Some centers may not be available during the summer season. (Kosher)
