Ready to use firm center. Roll into balls and dip in chocolate or push into a chocolate-lined mold. For consistent balls, scoop out with scoop #N-675 and roll into balls. Add dry fondant if a bit too soft for rolling. Some centers may not be available during the summer season. (Kosher) Ingredients: Sugar, corn syrup, partially hydrogenated vegetable oil with lecithin (Palm Kernel oil), water, albumen, algin, salt, citric acid, pure peppermint oil, sodium propionate, potassium sorbate and sodium metabisulfite added as preservatives.
