Great tasting milk chocolate flavor. Easy to melt. No tempering required. ("Lite" does not mean fewer calories or fat). May be thinned with "Paramount Crystals". Note: If ordering chocolates or coating during hot weather, you are at your own risk. The coating or chocolate may melt into a chunk, remelt and use. It may not be returned. Pk/ 5 lb.
