 Blossom-shaped display cups are a creative way to add the beauty of fresh flowers to cake designs. Flower Cups help with the arrangement of flowers by keeping them in place while displayed on the cake surface. Bottom spike holds cup in place on fondant or buttercream icing; top spike can hold a ball of fondant for easy insertion of stems

Please Note:  Reviews on Wilton mention cups worked well as long as you were using a large flower that was rather on the flat side like a sunflower, daisy, or carnation. It worked beautifully for carnations on a cake as a center display. The only issue is trying to place the cups closer together is rather difficult especially because the stem of the cup that is inserted into the cake isn't very long.
