Smoothers are a must have for any decorator using fondant. They measure 6 ½" x 3 ¼" and have rounded edges on one side, squared on the other and a very smooth surface. Easy to use! Once a cake is enrobed with rolled fondant, this tool is used to smooth and polish any imperfections.
